OUR PACKAGE TOURS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • THE TOUR IS CANCELLED 7 DAYS TO DEPARTURES AND AFTER DEPARTURE (NO SHOW) THEN THERE IS NO REFUND.

  • THE TOUR IS CANCELLED 15 DAYS TO 7 DAYS TO DEPARTURE THEN THE REFUND SHALL BE 25% OF THE ACTUAL PRICE.

  • THE TOUR IS CANCELLED 30 DAYS TO 15 DAYS TO DEPARTURE THEN THE REFUND SHALL BE WITH A COFIRMED STANDARD DEDUCTIONS ON THE PRICE, WHICH SHALL VARY TO EACH TOUR PACKAGES.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund will be processed, and it will be credited automatically as applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
