OUR PACKAGE TOURS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

THE TOUR IS CANCELLED 7 DAYS TO DEPARTURES AND AFTER DEPARTURE (NO SHOW) THEN THERE IS NO REFUND.

THE TOUR IS CANCELLED 15 DAYS TO 7 DAYS TO DEPARTURE THEN THE REFUND SHALL BE 25% OF THE ACTUAL PRICE.

THE TOUR IS CANCELLED 30 DAYS TO 15 DAYS TO DEPARTURE THEN THE REFUND SHALL BE WITH A COFIRMED STANDARD DEDUCTIONS ON THE PRICE, WHICH SHALL VARY TO EACH TOUR PACKAGES.

Once your refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund will be processed, and it will be credited automatically as applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
